Here at BWHost, we take pride in knowing that we can provide a beneficial and reliable service. By using our services, you hereby agree to our ToS, and knowingly understand that by breaking our rules you are most certainly subject to banishment from our site. The following is our ToS:
1) Any or all legal action brought upon BWHost is to be dealt with separate from said "Client(s)" and as such any illegal statements made by said "Client(s)" is to be ignored/nullified by Authorities if a search was warranted.
2) Any and all attacks towards BWHost servers, services, users, or staff will be taken as a "threat". All threats will result in a particular form of punishment; it is like-wise that charges will be pressed.
3) No illegal material is allowed to be hosted on any of our servers. All of such material will be instantly removed, and possibly reported.
By agreeing to said ToS, you hereby agree to follow all rules under void of ToS; Voiding of ToS will most certainly cause banishment from our site, and your I.P. will furthermore be blacklisted within our servers and the servers of those whom affiliate themselves with us. On a side note, attempting to bring legal action against BWHost will validate a void of said ToS.
