Any spam sent from BWHost servers will result in an indefinite banishment from our services, affiliates, and servers.

Please note: Any sending of emails with invalid or non-existent domain names IS spam.

All bulk emailing must abide by the Can-Spam act of 2003.

Any use of a third party's internet domain name, or being relayed from or through a third party's equiptment, without permission of the third party will result in instant banishment, and you will be reported to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3.GOV).

Spamming from our servers will possibly result in being charged for multiple online criminal offences.
